| Bedroom Packing |
| Discover some helpful tips on ensuring a smooth bedroom moving process. |
| 1 - Beds |
| When moving a bed, we advise putting the mattress in a mattress cover. If your bed can be dismantled you should use an Allen key to take apart the bed and then make sure to bag up the nuts and bolts into bags and tape them to a frame. |
| 2. Clothing |
| If you have vacuum pack bags you can use these to vastly reduce the size of your clothes to save space on the move. We would advise that you firstly pack out of season clothes first and you can even use suitcases to collect together clothes you will need just after your move. |
| 3. Wardrobes and Drawers |
| We would suggest you should dismantle any larger sets of drawers and wardrobes in order to save space and make moving easier. If you are keeping your drawers together you may want to put clothing inside to save space. Make sure to tape the doors or drawers closed for a more seamless move. |
| 4. Jewellery |
| We often advise that you keep your jewellery and other accessories kept with you through the move for extra peace of mind. When moving jewellery you can help protect items by putting necklace chains into straws. |
